About Us

Los Angeles native and Cal Berkeley grad Valerie Sacks has been licensed to practice law in California for almost twenty-five years.  She started out in the public sector, but her interest in real estate development, environmental law, and land use law eventually pulled her into private practice.  In 2005, she opened her own zoning consultant firm and obtained her Broker's License shortly thereafter.

 

Since that time, she has helped her developer clients at any stage where they need assistance, from initiating the process by identifying and purchasing a suitable property, through identification of the development team, through research and strategic planning, through obtaining the necessary entitlements.

On the sale side, she helps her clients analyze their assets to determine the highest and best use for their properties, and markets them in a way that speaks to experienced developers and investors.
